May I bring a plus-one?
Your invitation notes the seats reserved in your name. If you’d like to bring someone special, add them when you RSVP and we’ll do our best to make room at the table.
Are little ones invited?
Yes — children are very welcome, and we would love to have them there. Add them by name when you RSVP so we can plan the food and the seating, and tell us their ages.
What should I wear?
Garden black-tie. We have written a whole page about it — including the house colours — on the dress code page.
Where do I park?
The underground Parking Recaredo (Indigo) is at Paseo de Recaredo 22, right next door to the venue at number 24. Roughly €1.40–2 an hour, or about €19–20 for the full day; booking ahead online is usually cheaper. Full details are on the travel page.
Indoors or outdoors?
Both. The ceremony is outdoors in the gardens, lunch is served indoors, and the party moves back outside in the evening if the weather allows — with a sheltered plan if it does not.
I’m coming from abroad — how do I get there?
Fly into Madrid, then take the Avant train from Atocha to Toledo: 33 minutes. The travel page walks through every leg, including the airport connection.
When should I reply by?
Kindly send your response by the 1st of April, 2027 so we can finalise the feast and the seating charm.
I have an allergy or dietary requirement.
There is a field for exactly that in the RSVP — tell us there and our kitchen will take care of it. Do include your guests’ needs as well as your own.
Is there anything happening on the other days?
We are planning a few things for the days either side — a wander round Toledo, possibly Puy du Fou. Tick the box in your RSVP and we will keep you posted.
Can I take photographs?
Please do, all evening — we would love to see them. The one exception is during the ceremony itself: phones down for those twenty minutes, and let the photographer work.
What is the weather like in May?
Toledo in late May is warm by day, around 25–30°C, and genuinely cool once the sun goes down. Bring something for your shoulders.
Which house am I in?
Whichever the Sorting Mirror says. It takes two minutes, and it tells you which colour to wear.
